Accommodating staff. Clean and well-designed rooms. Big cabinet with hangers. Mini bar/cafe at first floor and just beside the entrance is a good grill eatery.
Bed is hard. No hot shower. Out of the way from public transportation although "sikads" are available outside to bring you to Ayala Centrio.

The staff is friendly but in some cases have no clue what they are doing.
Really old building and that is also in all the rooms. Breakfast is really not much to choose from.

They had an aircon that worked
No credit card machine, all the cash that I got for spending on shopping went for the hotel, no shampoos, no soap, no toothbrush, the reception area stinks like swine leather, no water heater
